Anne Nelson's The Guys is a poignant story set in the aftermath of the events of September 11. The NY Post called this play a "generous, sad, touching play about the braveries of grief." We are grateful to be able to bring Nelson's play to Lubbock and to have kind words from the author: "Please convey my warm appreciation to Chief Cooper, the firefighters of Lubbock, the Chandas, and the wonderful folks behind the scenes at the Hub Theater Group. The Guys was directed by Steve Wood and starred Bob Chanda and Paula Chanda.
